How we handle your data →How to use this tool
- Load the document and choose Each page or Page ranges.
- Separate independent ranges with commas, such as 1-2,3-6.
- One result downloads as a PDF; multiple results form a ZIP. Extract it to open the PDFs.
An example you can verify
Split a long document into smaller deliveries without manually selecting pages in a viewer.
Example input
6-page PDF; ranges 1-2,3-6.
Expected result
Two PDFs of 2 and 4 pages inside a ZIP.
Unpack the ZIP and check each block’s first and last page. Extract pages produces one selection rather than multiple files.
Settings and limits
Choose Each page or Page ranges. Multiple results download together as a ZIP.
Up to 120 MB and 500 pages per document. Output copies also support up to 500 pages. Encrypted PDFs are unsupported. Check links, forms, annotations and signatures after editing a document. Available memory may require smaller batches.
