Start with your task
Search for a word such as merge, photos or JSON, or open a category. Each tool explains what it changes and what to check. The ES/EN switch takes you to the equivalent page; language is not selected by location.
A download is missing
Check your downloads folder or browser notification. The result link stays available to download again until you change the input or reset. On mobile, your browser may open the file before offering Save or Share.
A file cannot be opened
Try a small unprotected copy. Check the format and limit stated in the tool. Corrupt files or insufficient memory may prevent processing; the message helps identify the issue.
Browser and connection
Use an updated browser with JavaScript enabled. A connection is needed to open the page and load tool resources. Processing runs on your device without sending your input to a conversion service. Closing or reloading requires loading the page again and selecting your files.
Copying a result
Allow clipboard access if the browser asks. If it fails, select the result and use your device’s Copy command. Text result fields are read-only but can be selected.
PDF, image or ZIP: what you will receive
Extract pages creates one PDF from the selection. Split produces a PDF for one block and a ZIP for several blocks. Separating both odd and even groups downloads a ZIP.
A ZIP is a container: extract it with your file application to open each document. PDF-to-image conversion downloads one image for one page and a ZIP for multiple pages; those images do not retain selectable text.
Changing settings after producing a result
Editing input, changing settings or resetting removes the previous result so you do not download a copy that no longer matches the settings. Run the tool again to generate the updated result.
A download already saved on your device is not updated or deleted when the form changes. Give copies distinct names and keep the original until your review is complete.
