Files, text and results
Files and text entered into a tool are held temporarily in browser memory for processing. They are not sent to a conversion, OCR, storage or analysis server. We do not create a document history or an account to store them.
Resetting a tool or leaving its page releases temporary results. Downloaded copies stay on your device until you delete them. Clipboard and download folder behavior depends on your browser and operating system.
Favorites in this browser
Saving a tool to favorites is optional. Clicking its star stores only the tool identifier in this browser’s local storage. Files, entered text, results and passwords are not stored, and favorites are not synchronized with a server.
Remove tools with their stars or clear the list under Your favorites in the directory. The same browser shares the list between Spanish and English. If storage is blocked, favorites last only for the current page.
Hosting and technical data
Kitavio is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect its services, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP addresses, URLs, timestamps, browser information and security events. These requests do not include the contents of tool forms.
Retention of technical data depends on the applicable Cloudflare services and features. Consult its privacy policy for visitor data processing, or contact Kitavio’s controller with questions about this hosting setup.
Cookies and storage
This version does not load advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The public AdSense identifier and ads.txt file allow site verification but do not run advertising code or create cookies. Language is selected through the URL and ES/EN switch.
Tools do not save files, text or passwords in local storage. Passwords, UUIDs and random draws are generated on your device with Web Crypto.
Email inquiries
If you email us, we use your address and message to answer your inquiry or report. Avoid attaching confidential documents. Correspondence is retained while needed to respond and meet applicable obligations.
Your rights
Where applicable, request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of data we process by emailing the privacy contact with your request. You may also lodge a complaint with Spain’s data protection authority, the AEPD.
Kitavio does not retain a copy of files or text processed exclusively in your browser. Check downloads and clipboard contents when using a shared device.
