Tools for completing a task
Kitavio brings together PDF, text, image, calculation, developer and generator utilities. Each page focuses on a specific operation and explains what changes, what stays intact and what to check in the result.
The tool comes before the explanations. Examples, guides and limits help you choose options without interrupting your task. The catalog is available in Spanish and English, with links between equivalent pages.
Who maintains this site
Braian Klos Retamar is responsible for Kitavio and operates in España. Contact [email protected] to report a bug, suggest a tool or ask about the site.
The legal notice identifies the owner and contact details. Help content describes functions available on this site; known limitations appear beside a tool or in its guide.
How results are checked
Tools are tested with small inputs and known results: Unicode counts, reference calculations, tables with quotes and line breaks, image pixels and sample PDF documents. Downloads, error states and resets are inspected too.
Interface checks use Chrome and desktop and mobile viewport sizes. They do not cover every possible file, browser or device. Guides include reproducible examples so you can check the results yourself.
Local processing
Tool files and text are processed in your browser. They are not sent to a conversion API or saved to a user account. The server receives the requests needed to load pages and their resources.
Kitavio uses locally served libraries for PDFs and QR codes. Your browser performs image operations and generates random values with Web Crypto. Keep the original file and review copies before sharing them.
How content is updated
Instructions and examples are reviewed when a tool changes or an error is found. A guide’s displayed review date refers to its content review, not an automatic update whenever the page is opened.
When reporting a problem, include the tool, URL, browser and expected result. Use a small example without private information: a bug report does not require confidential documents.
