Choose documents on your phone

Open Merge PDF in your browser. The file picker gives access to locations available on your device; download a cloud-only document first.

No Kitavio account is required. Selected documents are processed in the browser; preserve originals to retry if the tab closes.

Order files with the arrow buttons

The first file in the list provides the first output pages. Use buttons to move documents; precise dragging is unnecessary on a small screen.

  1. Add two or more PDFs from files or downloads.
  2. Check names and remove accidental duplicates.
  3. Put forms, supporting documents and appendices in the intended order.
  4. Merge, save the download and open the copy.

Before sharing in a message

Check order, page count and file size. If your messaging application has a lower size limit, prepare smaller batches; merging does not compress documents.

Avoid switching applications while a heavy batch processes. Encrypted PDFs may not open. For separately scanned fronts and backs, use Interleave to alternate pages instead of merging blocks.

Criteria for reviewing and delivering the result

On mobile, prepare files in a location where names and versions are recognizable. The device picker may display documents from several folders or applications, so inspect the loaded list before merging. Wait for a large file to finish reading before adding further actions. A small trial helps assess available device resources when scans are substantial. Correct selection and visible order remain essential even when the interface is being used on a smaller screen.

Download the generated copy and open it from storage to inspect cover, transitions and final page. Avoid attaching an earlier similarly named download. Complete file merging does not restore alternating fronts and backs; prepare interleaving when that sequence is needed. Retain sources until the receiving destination has the correct document. If output exceeds a form’s size limit, inspect actual bytes and delivery organization rather than assuming one PDF compresses photographic content. Mobile preparation requires the same content and order checks as desktop, plus confirmation of the saved location. Verify the attachment selected in the final upload step because the file picker can include both old and newly generated versions.

TRY IT YOURSELF

A five-sheet delivery from your phone

Download both samples and add them to Merge PDF. Use the list arrows to put the three-page document first.

The download has five sheets in order A1,A2,A3,B1,B2. If the picker changes selection order, correct it with the arrows.

Save the result and open it from your files before sending. These small samples let you test your browser’s flow without private documents.
